This Vintage Baylor Football photo shows a 1922 game at Carroll Field. Spectators stand on bicycle seats to peer over the fence, near parked cars of the day. Games were played at the field between 1906 and 1935. In 1936, games were moved to Waco Stadium (or Municipal Stadium) located at South 15th Street and Dutton Avenue. The student union building at Baylor was built on the location of Carroll Field in 1940.
