This reproduction old photo shows a man getting onto a Penny Farthing bike in the 1920s. By that time, the large wheel bicycles had been mostly replaced by “safety bicycles” (like we have today). Safety bicycles were pioneered in the 1880s and 1890s.
- Framed in reclaimed wood, finished with dark wax
- Reproduction photo is mounted under glass
- Lettering on the glass creates a shadowbox effect
- Sample shown in photo is size small
- Standard option will have lettering that reads “The hardest part is getting started”
- Optional caption available – up to 40 characters including spaces
